· We will respond to all questions to the best of our ability with as much detail and honest information as we can
responsibly provide.
· There will be no hidden charges attached to our consultations/sessions. All clients have information about the cost
and length of a reading prior to beginning.
CONFIDENTIALITY
· We will not divulge information to another without express permission from the client. All sessions
will be held in the strictest confidence unless there is a threat of danger where the client may harm his/herself
or as required by a court of law.
RESPECT AND COMPASSION
· It is with great honor and respect that we welcome people from all spiritual paths, ethnic heritages and cultures,
regardless of sexual preference or personal background. We come from a place of non-judgment, compassion,
and sensitivity during every consultations/session.
· We will serve the best interests of our clients, conducting our professional activities without causing harm
or intending to cause harm.
· We will never place upon our clients our religious views nor push upon you any religious belief system. Your religious
perspective will be held in the utmost respect, and any consultations/sessions will reflect our clients’ personal
religious preference if requested.
· We respect our clients’ right to refuse or terminate a session at any time, regardless of prior consent.
· We always give our full attention to our clients in order that we can understand and appreciate your questions.
EMPOWERMENT
· We will work with you to formulate a question that does not give your power away, and we will strive to help our
clients leave a consultations/session feeling empowered to make practical, life-affirming decisions. While the session may
encourage a client to explore difficult issues, we believe a reading should never leave a client feeling scared or powerless.
Our goal is for you to leave feeling enlightened and enabled.
· Our focus is not so much to predict, but rather to empower the client with guidance and to determine potential
choices that serve as transformational, positive solutions.
· We believe that Spirit allows us to recognize and change unseen patterns in our lives in order to achieve better
outcomes. We believechoices that serve as Free Will overrides fate and that we are in control of our future
with the daily decisions we make. We recommend every person act according to his/her own conscience for the
greater good of all concerned. You alone are responsible for your own behavior. Any decisions you make,
or actions you take as a result of your consultations/session are entirely your own responsibility.
LIMITS
· We are not a doctors, lawyers, accountants, or mental health providers.
· We do not give any professional advice related to these fields or any other field in which we are
not qualified, and we will make referrals to such professionals should this become necessary during a session.
· Consultations/sessions cannot be provided for those under the age of 18 unless accompanied by a parent.
· Spirit will not attempt to predict winning lottery numbers or the transition known as “death”.
· We reserve the right to refuse any reading not adhering to our code of ethics.
